I sent my Epiphone Emperor IIJoe Pass model jazz arch top guitar to remove a Tune O Matic bridge and install a Schaller roller bridge, which required extracting the old anchors and drilling out the holes to accommodate the larger ones on the new one. The work was perfect, but even better was the setup. The action and intonation is now better than when I bought the guitar. I can’t put this guitar down, it is such a joy to play! It was SUCH a pleasure to work with Chuck! I sent in a recently purchased guitar from Guitar Center for a full acoustic set up because the action on it was too high which makes playing finger style extremely hard for me. I’m not an easy person to deal with and I can be quite particular and even demanding at times.
