CKuz is a great guitar shop. I’ve taken my 30 year old, acoustic Guild guitar to them twice for repairs and was impressed with the results each time. It’s nice to have a locally owned music store in town with an in house luthier vs the online, big box stores.

I sent my Epiphone Emperor IIJoe Pass model jazz arch top guitar to remove a Tune O Matic bridge and install a Schaller roller bridge, which required extracting the old anchors and drilling out the holes to accommodate the larger ones on the new one. The work was perfect, but even better was the setup. The action and intonation is now better than when I bought the guitar. I can’t put this guitar down, it is such a joy to play! Thanks Chuck. 100 Stars!

took my newly purchased guitar to chuck for a set up. he was great and responded to any questions i had quickly he even recommended i send him my receipt to get fender to cover my frets instead of just charging me which i really appreciate. he had my guitar back to me in a timely manner so i could use it for a show. i def recommend chuck for any guitar needs you may have

It was SUCH a pleasure to work with Chuck! I sent in a recently purchased guitar from Guitar Center for a full acoustic set up because the action on it was too high which makes playing finger style extremely hard for me. Chuck responded to my inquiry email within 10 mins and had me drop off the guitar that very afternoon. He explained to me what was needed and/or recommended. As a customer, I felt informed and included (which sounds basic but is so rare these days). The turn around was also very timely. Chuck is professional and communicative. I would 100% recommend his service to anyone who needs guitar related service.

I’m not an easy person to deal with and I can be quite particular and even demanding at times. I contacted CKuz Guitars and dealt with Chuck in regards to the purchase of a new Seymour Duncan Powerstage 200. I’ve gotta say …from start to end he handled like a champ and kept it 100% and real with me. Never came out of character and always professional.
